Our approach to business website development - 'Blueprint' - is based on modern Agile software development methods currently in use with industry Blue Chip companies.

Current Agile development methods are ideally suited to business website development because of the visible interface of a website and the often sketchy requirements that can exist at the outset of a project. Also incorporated is a tailored and streamlined version of the well established UK project management method: PRINCE2.

So ensuring you get your site on time, on budget and to requirements.

The Development Process is broken down into the following major steps:

  • Scoping, feasibility and costing,

  • Requirements,

  • Design,

  • Build,

  • Test.

For each of these a draft or prototype is produced and reviewed with you. Any changes are identified and incorporated as appropriate.

Three review/change cycles are planned. So ensuring a successful sign-off at the end of the third cycle and mitigating against the risk of unexpected - and unwanted - surprises later on in the project.
